A place for conscious parents/caregivers of infants, toddlers, and children.
Our world is rapidly changing along with the way we are being asked to guide and educate our children. This site offers support and resources for those who want to know more about spirituality, child development, and education so that they can serve as the wayshowers who will lead the paradigm shift.
My goal is to EMPOWER you so that you feel confident in your ability to nurture free thinking, responsible, compassionate children.

About Laura
I believe in acting as a guide who can help you reveal the wisdom that you hold within. The true “school” is life, we just have to make sure that we are not missing the lessons.
When working with parents/caregivers, I pull knowledge from both spirituality and my professional studies in child development. I have a masters degree in Early Childhood Education/Special Education and am certified to teach birth through 3rd grade as well as special education. In addition to my professional experience I am also a proud parent of two boys that I homeschool.
I have taught parent/child play classes, served in public schools/programs, and was a preschool teacher at a private, constructivist based school. My work as an early childhood educator has allowed me to gain experience with a diverse range of families with very unique needs and experiences. I have supported families with both typically developing children and those that would be considered “special” needs. There is no one right way to solve a problem, discovering your own truth is the key. I strive to hold space for parents so that they can reflect in a safe place, without fear of judgment.
Issues that show up in our external lives are usually reflections of inner conflicts that are presenting themselves in order to aid in our growth and development. Parents will find that their child/children are so closely linked to them that they will often be the brightest or most intense reflector of the issues that are coming up for healing or release. Many times the challenges the parents are, often inadvertently, suppressing are the ones that their children are most sensitive to.
Sometimes conflicts are not solely internal but instead are coming from external sources. Your child/children may be picking up on energies that you are bringing in from others, or energies that they are taking in on their own. This is a particularly significant occurrence with highly sensitive children.
All children are independent beings who come into the world with their own purpose, goals, and karma. We, as parents, are asked to practice unconditional love coupled with guidance, giving our young ones the security they need to work through their own challenges and to flourish into the strong, independent individuals that they were meant to be.
